Before I find out all about you, here's a little background info on me:

My name is Sonia Wilkinson.  I live in Amersham, Buckinghamshire, am married and have two, secondary school aged children.

Having come from a large family, I confess. I'm very much a people person.  I have a BSc. (Hons) Psychology and am a graduate member of the British Psychological Society and associate member of the Royal Society of Medicine.  I trained as a Clinical Hypnotherapist through Hypnova Training, with Ursula James, one of the UKs leading hypnotherapy practitioners, gaining my Clinical Hypnotherapy Diploma.  I am a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) and of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).  I am also a Licensed Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming®, trained by the
co-founder of NLP, Dr. Richard Bandler and the World renowned trainer, John La Valle. 

Through the years, I've worked within a number of industry sectors and have gained a diverse range of business skills and knowledge.  I'm fascinated by child development and since 2005, have also run a small, award winning, educational toy business, Spark of Inspiration. 

I'm always keen to push myself to the limits and love to take up new challenges.  I have to admit that, my hardest challenge to date was passing my driving test.  Confident in most other areas of life - I had a total mental block when it came to driving test situations.  No matter how good my driving lessons went, on the day of the dreaded test, things just seemed to fall apart! A month after my fourth failed attempt (the night before test number 5 in fact), as a bit of a sceptic but on the basis that it couldn't possibly make things worse - I tried hypnotherapy for the very first time.  AMAZINGLY! I finally passed. 

I was sold - if hypnotherapy could help me to sort myself out in just one evening - I needed to know more and now that I do - I'm ready to help you!
